There is nothing more satisfying than destroying the BDF, except for maybe wasting Wizards and Clerics.
The BDF is not very smart (typically anyway) and not very good looking (which makes posing a bit hard to accomplish if you've already got an ugly mug).
The BDF is almost always heavily armoured, which makes them easy to spot if your sence of smell fails you.
The BDF is typically reliant on one or two weapon combinations. They can't really be effective without wepons, how mundane.
The Paladine and sometimes Knight (and more rarely the Battlemage, though if you come across one of them, you'll likely be dead soon) is the exception to the rule in how to deal with.
The BDF can almost always be taken out with elemental effects and/or enviromental effects.
They're best defence is they're mobility, though in observation I've found that the amount of armour they wear is proprtionally detrimental to they're effectiveness against a non BDF type. Which is why the Paladine and Knight can be the exception to the rule. As they can employ non mundane defences and/or weapons. Point being approach each BDF with some caution. Otherwise if they're starting to prove difficult fall back on the only solution that counts. Blast EVERYTHING.

A final note: The Paladin and Knight while BDF's are really fuckin wankstain motherhumping rapetrain BDF's and should be exterminated at every opportunity. They deserve death for following idealistic esoterics and gods. Why anyone can be so weak willed as to believe in gods is beyond me...
